Do's & Don'ts 

Do's 

​

• Please come to your appointment with clean lashes and brows. Wash your natural lashes and eyes or brows depending on the treatment before coming to appointment. Washing the area before the treatment is hygienic and encourages better treatment results. 

• Clean your lash extensions. Please clean your lash extensions regularly girls. Cleaning the lashes will keep them looking fresh and removes dirt and bacteria from the lashes so they will last longer. 

• Come to your appointment as close to your appointment time as possible. Please try not to come too early as I don't have enough space to accommodate. Please let me know if you will be late to your appointment so I am aware of what's going on.

• Contact me directly via email, website or social media to arrange a patch test. If you leave a note on the booking about a deposit I won't always see it in time so it's better to contact me directly.

Dont's

​

• Come to your appointment late without letting me know. Please contact me via email, website or social media if you are running late. I can only hold appointment's for 15 minutes so if you're going to be any later unfortunately I will have to cancel your appointment.

• Please don't do a no show. If you are unable to make it to your appointment for any reason please let me know. This saves me wasting time waiting for a client who isn't going to show up. It also allows opportunities for other clients to take the appointment especially at busy times of the year. With 48+ hours notice we can rearrange your appointment so you don't lose your deposit. 

• Don't come to your appointment wearing mascara! Mascara acts as a barrier meaning you might not get the best lash results. Wearing mascara to your appointment also means I have to spend time cleaning your lashes before starting the treatment. This takes away time I should be using to do your lashes. 

• Don't put mascara on your lash extensions! Putting mascara on top of your lash extensions will never do good for them. The mascara will encourage lash extension loss and makes your lashes dirty leading to a build up of dirt and bacteria. If you have gaps in your lash extensions book an infill please don't fill the gaps in with mascara.
